Project Management

An accurate bid is only half the job. Once the contract is signed, our project management team takes the same documents we estimated from and turns them into a build plan — submittals and shop drawings out early, long-lead material identified and ordered before it can threaten the schedule, and layouts coordinated with the trades whose work meets ours.

We staff the way the schedule demands. Crews cycle through prep and installation so floors progress in parallel rather than one at a time, and manpower scales to the phasing plan instead of forcing the plan to wait on us. Our superintendents are on site full time, in the weekly coordination and safety meetings, tracking daily work permits and pre-task plans alongside the CM’s team.

Documentation is where jobs are won or lost after the fact, so we keep it current: change order logs reviewed weekly, field tickets signed the day the work is performed, RFIs raised before a discrepancy becomes rework. When a space is complete we run our own QA/QC walk before we call it ready, and we close punch list and rolling completion items inside the windows the contract sets.

The goal is straightforward — the construction manager should never have to chase us, and the owner should get the finish they specified, on the date they were promised.
